Steven Swanson, Head Coach. As Swanson begins his 11th year as head coach of the Virginia women's soccer team, he's already had a dramatic impact on the program since he replaced former United States National Team Head Coach April Heinrichs in the spring of 2000. After 10 years, the Cavaliers are 138-56-29 (.684) under his direction, as Swanson has the highest winning percentage in the history of the program. Full Bio
Ron Raab, Assistant Coach. Ron Raab is in his fourth year of his second tenure as an assistant coach at Virginia. Raab also served as an assistant coach at UVa from 1997-2000 and was the program's volunteer assistant from 2004-2005. In the three seasons since Raab returned as a full-time assistant with the Cavaliers, the team has posted a 38-15-15 record and reached the NCAA third round in all three years. Virginia had a school record 15 shutouts and led the nation with a 0.40 goals against average in 2007. Full Bio
Kerry Dziczkaniec, Assistant Coach. Kerry Dziczkaniec is in her second tenure as an assistant coach with the Cavaliers. She returned to Charlottesville in 2008 after spending the past four seasons as the head coach at Vermont. Over the past two seasons, the Cavaliers have posted a 25-11-9 record and reached the third round of the NCAA Tournament both seasons. In her four seasons in Burlington, Dziczkaniec twice led Vermont to the America East Conference playoffs, including the program's first conference tournament appearance in seven years in 2005.
