To apply to one or more of the four Soccer Centers, please follow these steps:

Download the Center of Excellence application you are interested in attending. Print, and fill out the information requested.
Download both the Medical Form (please note medical form is a consent and release, and a medical history document; 3 pages long), print and fill out the information requested. ** The Medical Form with signatures AND a copy of your insurance card back and front MUST be on file for you to be registered and eligible to play in camp!**
Mail the Application, Medical Form, and your deposit to the address indicated on the application.
If you CANNOT download the Application OR the Medical Form, please e-mail rhr2n@virginia.edu and request both to be mailed to you. An application and medical form will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Youth-Graves Center of Excellence (Cost: $365) - Youth Graves: June 16th - 19th, Girls Grades 4 - 7
Advanced Center of Excellence @ Virginia (Cost: $550) - Advanced @ Virginia: June 25th - 29th, Girls Grades 8 - 12
Advanced Center of Excellence @ Episcopal HS (Cost: $550) - Advanced @ Episcopal HS: July 20th - 24th, Grades 5-7 & 8-12
